Senior SAP MRO Consultant

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for MRO processes including maintenance planning, work order execution, component tracking, and shop floor operations.
- Configure SAP MRO / PM (Plant Maintenance) functionality, including integration with SAP EAM, PP, MM, and QM modules.
- Support serialized and lot-tracked component maintenance, engine/airframe maintenance programs, and time-controlled/usage-controlled maintenance planning.
- Manage traceability and compliance requirements specific to aerospace MRO(airworthiness directives, service bulletins, life-limited parts tracking).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom developments, interfaces, and reports.
- Conduct workshops with maintenance planners, technicians, and quality teamsto validate solution design.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, testing (unit, integration, UAT),and post-go-live hypercare.
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training on MRO processes.

### Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience working as an SAP functional consultant, with dedicated experience in SAP MRO/PM solutions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within the aerospace and defence industry, with strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations for aircraft, engines, or components.
- Proven experience on at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
- Strong knowledge of aviation MRO business processes: maintenance planning, work order management, component removal/installation, warranty tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience integrating MRO processes with SAP MM, PP, QM, and Finance modules.
- Familiarity with aerospace-specific compliance requirements (FAA, EASA, or equivalent regulatory frameworks) as they relate to system configuration and traceability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

### Preferred Qualifications

- SAP certification in Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management.
- Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or industry-specific aerospace/defence SAP solutions.
- Experience working with OEMs, MRO providers, or defence contractors.
