Building Executive (Commercial Building)

• Perform daily and regular inspections to ensure the building is in good condition, follow up on rectifications, and recommend improvements to management.
• Oversee key functions such as security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, car park systems, fire safety, and building repairs.
• Coordinate with the M&E team for inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Act as a CERT member, conduct fire drills, inspect fire protection systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address feedback, and liaise with authorities and the public on improvement works and emergencies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in handling Commercial Buildings.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented attitude.
