Engineering Executive (Commercial Building, up to $5,500)

• Perform routine and periodic inspections on building services/facilities, submit reports or defect lists to the manager, and carry out necessary rectifications.
• Conduct installations, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Address tenant complaints, service calls, and breakdowns, carry out repairs, and submit relevant maintenance reports to the manager.
• Oversee contractors, ensuring maintenance and repair work is done according to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in performing building inspections, maintenance, and repairs for Commercial Building.
• Strong knowledge in M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
