• Oversee commercial planning, capital forecasting, and detailed cost modeling across multi-phase project portfolios.

• Implement value engineering interventions and lifecycle costing analyses to optimize project financial performance.

• Direct project change control frameworks, evaluating contractual commitments, payment certifications, and financial variations.

• Formulate risk mitigation strategies to address commercial liabilities and support complex contract negotiations.

• Guide Junior Cost Managers to ensure consistent financial governance, reporting standards, and operational quality control.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial management or cost control experience within the property or infrastructure sector.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related commercial discipline.

• Proven experience managing capital budgets, financial forecasts, change order validations, and final account closures.

• Demonstrated capability to assess financial risks, prepare commercial appraisals, and advise project stakeholders.

• Strong communication capabilities to guide cross-functional project teams and oversee junior team members.
