Service Engineer (Chillers)

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency chiller systems, renowned for its cutting-edge technology and commitment to providing exceptional after-sales support to a wide range of industrial and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Technical Expertise: Perform routine maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on a range of industrial and commercial chillers.
- New System Commissioning: Lead the commissioning process for new chiller installations, collaborating with contractors and clients to ensure all systems are functioning according to design specifications.
- Customer & Contractor Management: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing technical advice, and educating clients on best practices. You will also foster strong, collaborative relationships with contractors to enhance teamwork and service delivery.
- Safety & Reporting: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and prepare detailed service reports to document findings and provide recommendations.
- Standby Support: Be available to respond to emergency breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering disciplines (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a relevent field)
- Min 2 - 3 years of experience with centrifugal chillers
- Independent professional with a strong technical background in HVAC, particularly chiller systems
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex issues
- Possess excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors.
