Job Summary

You will lead and manage the Housekeeping Department operations to ensure compliance with company standards, optimize staff performance, and maintain cleanliness across all guest and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all Housekeeping Department operations to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and management directives
• Develop, implement, and communicate departmental policies, procedures, and service standards to housekeeping staff for consistent service delivery
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments and employees to maintain a smooth, efficient, and productive working environment
• Manage inventories, purchasing requests, receiving, and proper storage of housekeeping supplies and equipment to support operational needs
• Ensure housekeeping staff are trained to properly handle and clean all equipment and machinery to maintain safety and efficiency
• Provide comprehensive training programs for new and existing housekeeping staff to enhance skills and service quality
• Maintain cleanliness standards in public areas, guest rooms, common areas, and staff lockers to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, applying strong communication skills and IT proficiency to support departmental functions
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chairman and Directors to support organizational goals
