Management Trainee (Engineering) – Quality / Test Engineering Track

About the Role

We are building a pipeline of driven Mechanical Engineering graduates for a structured Management Trainee programme, rotating across Quality Engineering and Test Engineering functions with our client companies in the manufacturing, industrial services, and engineering sectors. This is an entry point into a long-term technical career, with hands-on exposure across the full engineering lifecycle before specialising into a track that fits you best.

What You'll Be Doing

Quality Engineering Track

• Support incoming/in-process/final quality inspections against engineering drawings and specifications
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) for non-conformances
• Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and inspection records
• Work with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement

Test Engineering Track

• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on equipment/products
• Prepare test plans, protocols, and reports
• Troubleshoot test failures and support engineering investigations
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on test readiness and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong interest in quality systems, testing, and hands-on engineering work
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Able to commit to a structured training rotation
