3-Month Contract | Events & Marketing | Healthcare

We are urgently hiring a Temp Events & Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns, events and outreach initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role is suitable for candidates interested in gaining hands-on exposure to marketing, event coordination and brand engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support the monitoring and execution of ongoing marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement

* Assist in developing and implementing creative marketing ideas to enhance brand awareness and engagement

* Support the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions and outreach activities

* Assist with event booths and promotional activities to engage with potential customers and stakeholders

* Coordinate with dentists and internal teams to support outreach initiatives and industry events

* Assist with organising educational talks and engagement sessions at schools and other external venues

* Perform other ad-hoc marketing and event coordination duties as required

Requirements:

* Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline

* Prior experience in events, marketing or customer engagement is an advantage

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Creative, organised and able to coordinate multiple tasks

* Comfortable supporting events and engaging with external stakeholders
