BOILERMAN

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor steam boiler systems to ensure safe and stable operation.
• Maintain boiler operating parameters including pressure, temperature and water level within required limits.
• Conduct routine inspection of boiler systems and related utility equipment.
• Perform boiler water treatment and ensure proper water quality control.
• Carry out basic preventive maintenance and assist in troubleshooting activities.
• Record daily boiler operations and maintain log sheets and reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for repair and servicing works when required.
• Ensure continuous steam supply to support production operations.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company operational procedures.

Requirements

• Knowledge of industrial steam boiler operation and basic maintenance.
• Ability to monitor equipment conditions and maintain operational records.
• Basic understanding of water treatment for boiler systems.
• Able to follow safety procedures and operational instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Possession of Boiler Attendant Certificate (Class 1 or Class 2) will be an advantage.
• Experience in boiler or utility operations will be an advantage.
