OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a capable and experienced Operations Specialist to support site operations, strengthen operational continuity, and engage confidently with key client stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SOC professional who is ready to take the next step into a higher-accountability operational role.

💼 POSITION
Operations Specialist — Full-Time

💰 GROSS MONTHLY SALARY
S$5,500 – S$5,700

🕘 WORKING HOURS
Standard Office Hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the Site Operations Manager to oversee daily ground operations and manage issue escalations.

• Lead operational updates and reporting during Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with client stakeholders.

• Provide senior-level backup coverage for SOC / GSOC operations during manpower constraints.

• Assume Training Coordinator (TC) and Access Control Coordinator (ACC) responsibilities during periods of extended leave.

We are looking for a professional who demonstrates:

✓ Proven experience within a Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment

✓ Strong operational, cross-functional and leadership capabilities

✓ Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement, reporting and team handovers

✓ The confidence and maturity to manage increased responsibility and accountability

✓ A proactive mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
