Assistant R&D Engineer / R&D Engineer - (Shuttle Bus Provided)

JOB SUMMARY:

Assistant R&D Engineer / R&D Engineer with process engineering experience to join VTFS Engineering team. The candidate in this position will assist with process engineers which enables the features of future generations of products. They apply manufacturing, engineering, and technological principles to the development of new equipment, procedures, and processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Assist the engineer with process development

2. Assist the engineer with new product development

3. Assist the engineer with cost calculation and cost down

4. Assist the engineer with project management

5. Communication with customers and suppliers

6. Deal with SAP and NCC system

COMPETENCIES/ JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Investigation, equipment, process and material development for new concepts and advanced technology

2. Able to understand productivity and industrial knowledge

3. Knowledge on ISO Standards

4. Demands broad technical strengths, together with excellent communication and organizational skills

5. Work ability of materials (Metals, alloys, ceramics, etc)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEREQUIRED
1. Candidate must possess at least Polytechnic Diploma/bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Chemistry/Materials Engineering or equivalent

2. Entry level candidates are welcomed

3. Understand SAP and NCC system (BOM, Part number, Process flow)

4. Proficiency in Excel
