Process Control Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

The Process Control Technician is responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, collecting and analyzing process data, and supporting daily production to ensure consistent product quality and stable operations. The role assists in process troubleshooting, quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement activities while working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Monitor processes parameters and product quality during production.

• Collect, analyze, and report production and process data.

• Perform routine SPC monitoring and report process abnormalities.

• Maintain process records, SOPs, and production documentation.

• Assist in process validation, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement projects.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D to resolve process-related issues.

• Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

COMPETENCIES/ JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process control principles.

• Familiar with SPC, FMEA, and basic statistical analysis.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently as part of a team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, process control, quality, or production engineering.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship or industrial attachment experience is an advantage.
