The Opportunity:

• $8,000 - $11,000 Basic + AWS + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Industrial UPS System & Solution

The Job:

• Develop and maintain strategic accounts for Industrial Power & UPS systems across regional markets.
• Execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer business goals to drive long-term partnerships and regional expansion opportunities.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead identification and RFQ management to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored, energy-efficient solutions.
• Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging market trends and growth areas.

The Talent:

• Degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline
• 5 - 10 years of sales experience in UPS, Industrial Power System & Solution
