Job Summary
Provide personalised skincare treatments and professional advice, recommend suitable products and deliver exceptional hands-on care. Support retail operations, daily activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Job Highlights

• Basic Salary + Performance Incentives + Attractive Commission S$(2,200 to 4,000)

Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ skincare needs and provide professional advice
• Perform facial treatments to customer’s comfort and satisfaction
• Perform body slimming, body contouring and slimming treatments for customers
• Educate and recommend appropriate treatments and products to customers
• Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment
• Support and contribute to the company's social media presence
• Assist with taking photos and short videos for Instagram, Stories and other media platforms
• Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches and marketing activities
• Represent and promote the company positively in all customer interactions

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Beauty-related qualifications (Cidesco, ITE, CIBTAC, WSQ etc)
• Basic knowledge of skin concepts and practical facial massage techniques
• Experience in body slimming/body contouring treatments is highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in skincare or beauty treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively
• Strong sales mindset with confidence in recommending treatments and products
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
