What You’ll Do

• Create & Ideate: Pitch ideas, write scripts, and produce engaging short- and long-form video content
• Film & Edit: Shoot and edit videos that are both informative and scroll-stopping
• Design Visuals: Create thumbnails, covers, and simple graphics to elevate content
• Write Copy: Craft captions and ad copy, including simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu
• Track Performance: Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights

What We’re Looking For

• Available for a 3–6 months internship
• Strong interest in social media trends and digital content creation
• Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu
• Experience creating content (personal projects or school work welcomed)
• Comfortable being on camera when required
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Able to understand basic Chinese and comfortable creating or adapting simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu (fluency not required)
• Proactive, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment
