Credit & Loan Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform credit checks and screening for new customers, ensuring all supporting documents are in order

• Submit financing applications and follow up with banks and financial institutions on application status and approvals

• Maintain accurate records of customers' credit status, payment terms and financing arrangements

• Process and submit loan redemption applications for sold vehicles

• Monitor outstanding payments and aging accounts, following up on overdue amounts where required

• Follow up on outstanding documents, pending approvals and customer submissions

• Highlight overdue accounts, incomplete documentation or irregularities to the relevant department or management promptly

• Coordinate and submit insurance cancellation requests for vehicles that have been sold or disposed of

• Support the submission and tracking of vehicle registration, ownership transfer and related LTA applications

• Prepare, organise and maintain accurate records of customers, vehicles, financing arrangements and transactions

• Collect, verify and submit documents for vehicle sales, purchases, registrations and financing applications

• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, credit/collection reports and other operational documents

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide administrative support to relevant departments
  

Key Requirements:

• Min.1 year experience in financing, credit and loan administration

• Prior experience in automotive industry is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

• Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently

• Good communication skills for liaising with customers, internal teams and financial institutions

• Proactive with follow-ups and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
