Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team to shape and elevate our communications strategy, enhancing our brand identity and engagement through innovative storytelling and multifaceted campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate identity for community services, ensuring consistency across all brands and programs.

  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel communications campaigns including digital, print, and public relations to boost visibility and engagement.

  • Oversee the content strategy, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated through storytelling, data-driven insights, and high-quality visuals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, while serving as the primary contact for media inquiries and managing crisis communication efforts.

  • Develop communication strategies to support fundraising initiatives and enhance donor engagement through impactful outreach materials.

  • Provide strategic communications guidance to program teams, particularly on branding, positioning, and crisis response.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication and marketing strategies.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the capability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.

  • Experience in media relations and crisis communication.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
