What You’ll Do
- Inspect premises and identify pest issues
- Carry out pest control treatments using approved methods, chemicals and traps
- Advise clients on pest prevention and good hygiene practices
- Handle client enquiries and service requests professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure equipment is well maintained
- Drive the company vehicle safely to assigned locations
- Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques and solutions
- Perform other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- GCE N-Level or above
- Valid full NEA Vector Control Technician Licence
- Minimum 3 years’ pest management experience
- Valid Class 3/3A driving licence
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, meticulous and safety-conscious
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
