Human Resource Generalist (with Payroll) #ESY

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR generalist support for employees across the organisation, including HR operations, employee records and HR administration.
• Support and coordinate overseas plant payroll activities, covering a workforce of up to 3,000 employees.
• Review and perform first-level verification checks on monthly payroll data prepared by overseas plant / local payroll teams.

• Verify payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, new hires, resignations, salary adjustments and other payroll-related changes for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies or irregularities in payroll submissions and work closely with the respective plant HR/payroll teams to clarify and resolve issues.
• Ensure payroll information is submitted accurately and within the required timelines for monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of payroll verification and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with overseas HR teams and stakeholders on payroll-related matters and provide support on payroll queries.
• Assist in ensuring HR and payroll processes comply with company policies, internal controls and applicable local requirements.
• Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of regional HR and payroll processes.
