Join a newly completed / upcoming residential development and support the management office with administrative coordination and unit handover arrangements.

Your Role
• Coordinate unit handover and key collection appointments with purchasers or their authorised representatives
• Prepare and circulate the daily appointment schedule to the relevant project and site teams
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, property services, managing agents and concierge
• Perform general administrative and coordination duties
• Support the smooth running of daily management office operations
