Your Role:

• Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments and general enquiries
• Manage patient information and ensure records are accurately maintained
• Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling and related administrative duties
• Assist with billing, payments and other front-counter transactions where required
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth patient journey
• Respond to patients’ enquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and other administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple tasks
• Able to commence work at short notice or immediately
• No prior experience required — full training will be provided
