What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and attend job briefings
• Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database
• Engage candidates with confidence and authenticity to deliver a great experience
• Qualify talent effectively using our proven best-in-class processes
• Map out candidate markets—analyze team structures, competition, and talent pools
• Guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment process
• Work closely with experienced account managers and a supportive sales team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Skilled in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms
• High-energy, positive and dedicated
• Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated by success and achieving goals
• Eager to learn, grow, and push beyond your comfort zone
• Minimum bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably from a local top 3 University or a top international University.
