Do you enjoy connecting with people and creating meaningful member experiences? As the Executive, Membership, you will play an important role in growing and strengthening our Club community. From welcoming and onboarding new members to managing enquiries and supporting member engagement and retention, you will help ensure a positive membership experience while working closely with internal teams to promote the Club’s offerings and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries regarding membership matters
• Administer applications for Life Membership conversions
• Process Membership Transfer applications
• Conduct guided Club tours for prospective members
• Create and manage new membership accounts in the system
• Issue membership cards to newly registered members
• Handle billing and charges related to membership applications and transactions
• Process membership resignations and ensure proper documentation
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level qualification.
• At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a membership, hospitality, club or service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage confidently with members and prospective members.
• Positive, proactive and service-oriented attitude.
• Good team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Able to work independently, manage assigned responsibilities and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle membership records, applications and transactions accurately.
• Comfortable handling multiple enquiries and administrative tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
