We are seeking a Supply Assurance Buyer who can take ownership of material supply, work closely with suppliers, and proactively resolve shortages and delivery challenges to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute MRP supply, forecasts, and exception reports to suppliers while ensuring delivery commitments align with production requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively expedite deliveries to prevent material shortages or production disruptions.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality notifications, engineering changes, supplier returns, goods receipt issues, and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and reliable purchasing and supply-chain data in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimise stock while minimising unnecessary inventory holding.
• Collaborate with planning, production, quality, and other stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of purchasing and planning experience, preferably involving electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Prior experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP ERP will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, follow-up, and supplier management skills.
