E-Commerce Assistant (Internship/Part-Time)

Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time / Internship
Working Arrangement: Part-Time, 3–5 days per week

Responsibilities

Product Management

• Upload and update product listings.
• Organise products into relevant collections and categories.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.

Customer Service Support

• Respond to routine customer enquiries.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
• Escalate customer issues when necessary.

Order & Inventory Support

• Update order tracking information.
• Assist with product transfers and exchanges based on customer requests.
• Perform basic order processing and fulfilment checks.
• Assist with basic inventory updates and checks.

Requirements

• Able to commit at least 2–3 days per week on a long-term basis.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• E-commerce experience is an advantage but not required.
