About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. As a Marketing Operations Associate Manager, you will take ownership of critical marketing operations functions, including managing the production of web pages and landing pages, overseeing lead nurturing and marketing automation programs, and leading the design and implementation of marketing attribution models. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, combined with deep technical expertise and analytical acumen to support cross-functional teams and drive scalable marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Web Page Production Management:

  • Lead the planning, development, and optimization of marketing web pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including content, design, and web developers to deliver high-quality web assets on schedule.
  • Ensure all web pages follow SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and CRO guidelines.

Lead Nurturing & Automation Leadership:

  • Manage the end-to-end development and optimization of lead nurturing workflows within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot).
  • Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor automation performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Marketing Measurement & Attribution Oversight:

  • Lead the creation and management of marketing attribution models to track and measure the impact of marketing activities across channels.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs, funnel metrics, and ROI.
  • Partner closely with analytics, sales operations, and finance functions to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices across marketing operations functions.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, with proven experience in web management, lead operations management, and/or campaign operations.
  • Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), with the ability to manage web content production.
  • Expertise in marketing measurement, data analysis, and attribution modeling.
  • Skilled in reporting and dashboarding tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Demonstrated leadership or project management experience within a marketing or digital team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience integrating marketing automation with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and CRO best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
