About this job
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Conduct plant inspections and record operating readings.
- Perform water sampling and basic testing.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Report equipment faults and abnormal conditions.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related discipline.
- Relevant experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, utilities or plant operations is preferred.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible, hands-on and willing to learn.
- 7am -3pm, 3 -11pm, 11pm -7am. Rotating shift.
