Operations Executive (OE)

Join our operations team and help deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning services across commercial and institutional sites. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving day-to-day problems, and building a career in facilities or cleaning operations.

You will receive on-the-job training and work closely with the Operations Manager to learn site management, manpower planning, client service and quality control.

What you will do

• Support the daily coordination of cleaning teams at assigned sites.
• Conduct site checks to ensure cleaning standards, safety practices and client requirements are met.
• Assist with manpower deployment, relief arrangements and attendance follow-up.
• Guide and coach cleaners on work procedures, service standards and safe use of equipment and chemicals.
• Follow up on client feedback and operational issues, escalating matters to the Operations Manager when needed.
• Check that essential cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables are available at sites.
• Prepare simple attendance, deployment and site-inspection reports.
• Work with HR and operations colleagues on recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Take on additional operations duties as you gain experience and confidence.

What we are looking for

• Nitec, Diploma, or relevant experience in cleaning, facilities, hospitality, security, retail operations or team supervision.
• Prior experience leading frontline staff is an advantage; candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable communicating with cleaners, site representatives and internal teams.
• Organised, responsible and able to respond calmly to day-to-day operational changes.
• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Willing to travel between assigned sites.
• Class 3 or 3A driving licence is an advantage, but not compulsory unless driving is genuinely essential to the role.
