Job Summary

Teach English to young learners across various age groups and language levels, preparing lessons, delivering engaging instruction, and developing curriculum to support student growth and parental communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver English lessons tailored to young learners of varying ages and language proficiency to enhance their language skills
• Develop detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and promote effective learning outcomes
• Engage students through interactive and high-quality teaching methods to maintain interest and participation
• Communicate progress and address concerns with parents regularly to support student development
• Manage classroom environment to ensure a respectful, focused, and productive learning atmosphere

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
• Willingness to work one weekend and weekday evening; preference for candidates available on both weekends
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or above
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is advantageous for effective communication with diverse students and parents
