COMPUTER SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary

Manage and maintain the store inventory system and IT infrastructure to ensure operational accuracy and security. Provide technical support for end-users and events, troubleshoot POS and IT issues, and contribute to company projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage the store inventory system to maintain accurate and current information
• Provide timely day-to-day technical support to end-users to ensure smooth operations
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain software and hardware according to technical specifications
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve POS and IT-related problems to minimize downtime
• Advise and support onsite and offsite events with IT and technical requirements
• Ensure IT security for servers and computer systems to protect company data and infrastructure
• Complete additional projects and duties as assigned by the company
