Receptionist (1-Year Contract) | East

⏰ Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and attend to visitors professionally
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, mail, parcels, and deliveries
• Coordinate visitor access and support office security procedures
• Maintain reception area and manage office supplies/inventory
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required
• Support meeting room bookings and boardroom coordination

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a professional approach to work
• Able to comply with workplace dress code and organisational policies
