Aquatic Instructor - Pre-schoolers & Neurodivergent Children

About Us

Swim Monkey Swim School provides one-on-one and small-group swim instruction for babies, toddlers, and swimmers with additional needs, at condominium pools across Singapore.

What You'll Do

• Deliver private and small-group swim lessons (max 4 students) to babies, toddlers, and children with additional needs at condo pools
• Build rapport with young children and their parents/caregivers, adapting your approach to each child's pace and needs
• Keep the pool environment safe, calm, and encouraging
• Update parents on student progress after each class

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with young children (childcare, tuition, early childhood settings, or coaching)
• Background/coursework in Early Childhood Education, or experience with neurodivergent children, a strong plus
• Comfortable in water and confident demonstrating basic strokes and water safety — no formal certification needed, we train you
• Patient, warm, reliable with kids
• Available weekend mornings (our core teaching slots); weekday afternoon slots (3–7pm) also open

What We Offer

• $40–$50 per class once you're teaching independently
• Full training programme — you'll be trained and STA (UK) certified, no experience required to start
• A clear path to more classes as you grow with us
• Hands-on mentorship from our head coach
