Patient Service Officer (O&G Setting) (ID: 708591)

Our well established client in the private healthcare sector is seeking for an experience Clinic Assistant/ Patient Service Associate to join their specialist clinic!

• 5.5 days office hours (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm; Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Women's specialist clinic in central region
• Annual AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening time (counter, dispensary room, treatment zones, etc.), and ensure proper closing after end of business hours.
• Register patients, process payments, handle cashier duties, and submit Medisave or insurance claims.
• Chaperone doctors when needed and assist medical staff during work hours
• Dispense medications accurately under supervision.
• Manage inventory of dispensary items.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level
• Possess at least a year of experience in customer service sector
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems for patient registration and billing.
• Prior experience within a healthcare setting is highly preferred
• Comfortable to commit to a 5.5 days work week
