JOB SCOPE

• Process and enter supplier invoices into the system.
• Check invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Perform basic invoice and payment reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment matters.
• Maintain proper filing and accounting records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Preferably with some accounting internship experiences.
