We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development MANAGER to join our growing team!

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate leads and follow up on potential projects
• Prepare quotations, proposals and business presentations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landscape architects, main contractors and internal teams
• Understand clients’ requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Follow up on tenders, quotations and project opportunities
• Attend site meetings and client meetings when required
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
• Achieve sales and business development targets

✅ Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Construction / Landscaping will be an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to build and maintain good client relationships
• Proactive, responsible and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a strong interest in sales and business development
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience
