Receptionist (1 Year)

Duration: 1 Year, renewable depending on business needs

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8-5pm/9-6pm

Location: Kent Ridge & HabourFront (Support 2 locations)

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service and manage front desk/reception operations.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate areas.

• Ensure refreshments are available and guide guests to the waiting area when required.

• Notify relevant employees of visitor arrivals via Microsoft Teams.

• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable reception area in accordance with office procedures.

• Monitor and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies and sundry items.

• Maintain cleanliness of the storeroom and stationery cupboards.

• Liaise with office service vendors, including cleaners and maintenance providers.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and route calls as required.

• Coordinate import and export of parcels and liaise with courier providers on stakeholder enquiries.

• Raise courier collection requests through PowerApps.

• Prepare and issue welcome packs for new joiners.

• Manage locker arrangements.

• Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail and letters on a weekly basis.

Provide general administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
