Location: Bukit Merah/Marine Parade/Pasir Ris
Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: $2500

Working days and hours:
- Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor) – Certain days might be 6.45am but quite rare
- Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
- 44 hours per work week

Job Description:

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties.
Your area of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:

- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster.
- Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Job Requirements:
- Comfortable using computer for patient registration / schedule appointment / payment
- Must be ok to start as early as 7am on certain days. So certain days will start at 7am / 730am / 8am and so on
- Min N/O/A/NITEC/Diploma
