As an Assistant Manager (Communications) - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content across various platforms, including articles, newsletters, social media posts, speeches, and presentations.
  • Translate complex healthcare and health concepts into relatable and easy-to-understand content for different target audiences.
  • Develop compelling stories that highlight programme outcomes, partnerships, community initiatives, and the impact on residents.
  • Support the creation of visual and multimedia content, including videos and infographics, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication materials and campaigns for community care programmes.
  • Adapt and tailor communication materials to suit different audiences, including residents, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all communication materials and platforms.
  • Develop and curate content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, staff communications, and intranet platforms.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant stories, updates, and content for communication purposes.
  • Assist with media and public communication efforts, including the preparation of media materials and monitoring of media coverage.
  • Support the management and updating of digital platforms and online content where required.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication materials to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise and work closely with external vendors, including designers and videographers, to support the production of communication content and collaterals.
  • Participate in communication projects and other related initiatives as and when required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
