Healthcare Clinic Assistant

This job is an entry-level Clinic Assistant role centered on front-desk patient care, administrative operations, and supporting doctors with daily clinic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Front Desk: Greet patients, handle walk-in and phone enquiries, handle registration, and schedule appointments.

• Financials & Admin: Process payment transactions and assist with daily clinic operational tasks.

• Clinical Support: Dispense medicines strictly according to doctor instructions and keep the clinic clean and organized.

• General: Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum N/O Levels, NITEC, or equivalent secondary qualification.

• Skills & Attributes: Basic computer literacy, friendly demeanor, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

• Experience: Customer service background is an advantage (not strictly required).

• Schedule: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
