Customer Service Officer

This is a Frontline Customer Experience / Digital Ambassador role within retail banking. The position focuses on providing direct customer assistance, resolving service inquiries, and guiding branch visitors toward adopting the bank’s mobile apps, online portals, and self-service kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Answer banking inquiries and fulfill daily service requests.

• Digital Onboarding: Guide and educate customers on using self-service platforms and mobile banking tools.

• Digital Promotion: Actively advocate for and drive customer adoption of digital banking solutions.

• Service Delivery: Consistently deliver high-quality, professional customer service.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

• Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Disposition: Comfortable engaging directly with customers on a daily basis.

• Availability: Willing to work retail banking hours(If you are rostered to work on a Saturday, they will give you a day off on a weekday)
