Software Engineer (AI Project / Flask)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop and maintain AI-powered applications and chatbot solutions using Python and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI applications, chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
• Build backend services and APIs using Python.
• Integrate LLMs, NLP models and AI services into business applications.
• Develop chatbot workflows, prompt logic and knowledge-based response systems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for AI model integration.
• Implement RAG, embeddings and vector search where applicable.
• Test, troubleshoot and improve chatbot accuracy, performance and reliability.
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience developing chatbots, conversational AI or GenAI applications.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering and AI APIs.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases and embeddings will be advantageous.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Git and software development practices
