As a Storekeeper – Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Carry out daily housekeeping duties at pharmacy counters, cashier counters, display shelves, tables, and other work areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy and storage areas, including clearing carton boxes and other materials.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure that items are delivered in good condition.
• Distribute pharmaceutical items to relevant departments and nursing stations while ensuring proper documentation of stock movements.
• Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory and stock levels.
• Replenish stocks according to expiry dates and ensure that all items are kept in good condition.
• Record and assist with the disposal of expired or deteriorated pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed when returning goods to vendors.
• Maintain appropriate storage conditions for pharmaceutical products and other inventory.
• Participate in workplace improvement projects and activities when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum GCE N or O Level qualification.
