8 Months Contract Senior Executive, Talent Attraction [IMMEDIATE - APR 2027]

Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 42-hour week

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Develop engaging marketing collaterals, including brochures, videos, event visuals and other digital content.
• Assist in managing digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals.
• Create and coordinate content that is engaging, timely and aligned with the organisation's brand identity.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across different communication channels.
• Support career talks, outreach programmes and recruitment events at Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs).
• Help build awareness and interest among prospective candidates and talent.
• Prepare campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools.
• Analyse campaign results and provide insights to support future employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Support other projects and ad-hoc initiatives within the team as required.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in any discipline.
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing or a related role will be an advantage.
• Proficient in creative applications such as Canva and CapCut.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
