HR (Branding / Talent Development) - Contract Opportunities #HYN

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support talent attraction, employer branding and outreach initiatives within a dynamic organisation.

You will play an active role in developing engaging content and campaigns to attract prospective talent, while supporting career events, digital platforms and employer branding initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in employer branding, talent attraction, digital content or marketing, as well as individuals with strong creative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Develop engaging marketing and recruitment collaterals, including brochures, videos, social media content and event visuals.
• Support digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals, ensuring content is timely, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and compelling messaging across different communication channels.
• Support career talks, recruitment fairs and outreach events at Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to engage prospective talent.
• Assist in preparing campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools and provide insights for future campaigns.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for talent attraction and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• A good team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
