Location: Central
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Working hours may occasionally be staggered, with an earlier start time of 8:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service Officers in verifying and updating patient information with patients.
• Provide wayfinding assistance and guide patients to the appropriate departments, waiting areas and scan rooms.
• Assist in preparing patients for medical imaging scans, ensuring they are properly briefed and ready for the procedure.
• Provide support and reassurance to patients throughout the scan process to ensure a smooth, comfortable and positive patient experience.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
