School Digital Media Specialist @ Clementi

Job Scope:
1. Photography & Videography Services

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of school events including National Day, Teachers' Day, Sports Day, concerts, P6 graduation, and daily learning activities
• Document CCAs, enrichment programmes, learning journeys, and classroom activities for school records and communication
• Edit content using professional software for school website, newsletters, and social media
• Create visual content supporting school values, character development programmes, and academic achievements
• Provide basic photography and videography training to teachers and students

2. Audio-Visual Systems Management

• Operate PA systems for daily flag-raising ceremonies, assemblies, and special events in hall and library
• Provide technical support during parent-teacher meetings, P1 orientation, and stakeholder visits
• Set up audio equipment for performances, prize-giving ceremonies, and cultural celebrations
• Train student leaders in basic microphone and sound system operation
• Coordinate with General Office for emergency announcement procedures
• Maintain equipment inventory and liaise with vendors for repairs
• Set up and operate multi-camera systems for live streaming of school events, and hybrid meeting sessions, ensuring seamless switching between camera angles and integration with virtual meeting software.

3. Technology Integration & Educational Support

• Support teachers in creating digital learning resources
• Assist with Student Learning Space (SLS) content creation and online learning initiatives
• Create promotional materials for school open houses and community engagement
• Support programmes with appropriate multimedia resources

4. Training & Capacity Building

• Conduct workshops for teachers on multimedia creation and classroom technology integration
• Mentor students through Media Club or ICT-related CCAs in digital literacy
• Develop user guides for equipment operation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Media Production or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in photography/videography, preferably in educational settings
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and audio-visual equipment
• Adherence to MOE guidelines and PDPA requirements
• Understanding of Singapore primary school environment
• To register for MOE REMS to train, facilitate and work with students

Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
Mondays to Thursdays from 7am to 5pm, Fridays from 7am to 4pm
