Job Description:

* Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards.

* Conduct timely reviews of patients throughout the continuum of care.

* Document patients’ progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

* Perform administrative duties, including charging and statistics collection.

* Communicate and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the multidisciplinary team.

* Participate in and support clinical and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree from Physiotherapy accredited institution.

* Full Registration with Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) is mandatory.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
