Job Summary

You will warmly welcome and assist guests, manage lobby operations, coordinate luggage handling, and support transport arrangements to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience at the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly and bid farewell to departing guests to create a positive first and last impression
• Act as lobby greeter and doorman during shifts to manage guest arrivals and departures
• Organize lobby and driveway areas to maintain prescribed order and safety standards
• Delegate job requests to Bellmen to ensure efficient lobby workflow during shifts
• Follow up on outstanding items in the Concierge Follow Up Form during Concierge colleagues’ absence
• Monitor driveway to ensure it is clear and vehicles park only in designated lots
• Handle incoming and outgoing luggage promptly by following established storage and handling procedures
• Assist in loading and unloading luggage to and from vehicles to support guest convenience
• Coordinate guest transport arrangements including Taxi, Limousine, and Coach bookings
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Concierge-related areas such as baggage rooms, luggage trolleys, and counters daily
• Deliver packages, incoming faxes, and messages efficiently to guestrooms and internal departments
• Keep storage areas clean and organized before ending each shift
• Ensure proper handover and takeover procedures are followed at all times between shifts
• Complete all tasks on shift checklists, obtain necessary sign-offs, and file records accordingly
