Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with business goals.

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive brand visibility, member engagement, and revenue.

  • Conduct extensive research on market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy.

  • Support the Head of of Marketing & Communications in developing integrated strategies.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging and compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, and in-club signage.

  • Oversee the editorial plan, production, and timely delivery of the Club's magazine, ensuring content quality and strong member engagement.

  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with the brand.

  • Draft, edit, and review communication materials such as media releases, public relations plans, statements, speeches, and internal memos.

Social Media & Digital

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Branding & Communications

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including digital channels, print materials, and in-club displays.

  • Work closely with internal business units to provide strategic communications support that advances departmental objectives.

  • Define and maintain the brand's unique voice, tone, and style guidelines. Ensure all messaging across the organization is consistent and aligned with the brand's core values.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for brand growth, positioning, and differentiation. Use consumer insights to inform and evolve brand strategy.

  • Monitor key brand performance indicators (KPIs), such as brand awareness, customer sentiment, and brand equity. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role. Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a Asst Marketing Manager position.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and content management systems (CMS).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy. You should possess meticulous attention to detail in writing and editing.

  • A self-starter with strong time and people management skills. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines is crucial.

  • Able to think creatively and "outside the box" to develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving market trends.
