What you will be doing
Oversee daily facilities operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping.
Conduct inspections, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage contractors and vendors, including contracts, performance, and procurement of parts/services.
Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
Support events through coordination of manpower, setup, and logistics.
Enforce WSH and security policies, and train staff on safety practices.
Handle feedback/complaints and drive continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Building or Facilities Management or Estate Management or equivalent;
Certification in Swimming Pool, Horticulture Maintenance and Operation will be an added advantage;
Minimum 4 years related working experience;
Knowledge of repair, service & troubleshooting work of mechanical and electrical systems/equipment in the swimming pool mechanical plant room;
Ability to communicate clearly and team player.
